Kingdom was the first business to use radio frequency dryer and jointly developed with Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. the highly efficient hackling machine in China. Meanwhile, it also collaborated with a number of equipment manufacturers and had developed a new generation of high-performance wet linen yarn spinning machine successfully. The advanced feeding system greatly improved the quality of linen yarn. In addition, in the areas of spinning, roving and hackling machines, it also initiated the development and application in electrical servo technology. It participated in the promotion and application of radio frequency as well as rectangular scouring & bleaching in the manufacturing processes of linen yarn.
The main purpose of automated production is to reduce number of workers required. It is not only getting relief from the traditional labor-intensive textile industry, it also improved the management efficiency of business, has shorten the time of each process, and promoted digitalization of the production information.
1. Integrated hackling machine: eliminate previous processes of sorting, bundling and manual striping, and resulted in reducing 2/3 of number of workers required in the process.
2. Automatic winding machine water supply system: control the water level in winding machine are maintained at the designated level, to eliminate the requirement of manual water refilling. It improved the operational efficiency of equipment and also reduced the number of workers required in the process.
3. Automatic winding machine: Loaded linen yarn spool can be detached from the winding machine and replaced by emptied spool to start winding automatically. It completely eliminated the manual process. The conveyor belt can deliver the loaded linen yarn spools to any location in accordance with the production requirement, so as to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
4. Automatic additive filling machine: additives can be weighed automatically and accurately, and delivered to the boiler directly by the piping. This device is synchronized and integrated with the scouring & bleaching equipment in production. Additives can be added automatically when receiving the filling signal from boiler, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
